Our Services

Fire Alarm Tests

Fire Alarms Tests (WFATs) are carried out weekly. We undertake our tests according to British Standards  (BS5839) using only local, competent and fully trained Testers. We label and then capture all relevant assets on our database to ensure all call points are tested within the requisite 12 month period, and all 'zones' are tested every quarter. We document our testing procedures, which we share with you. We record the results in the on-site logbook, which we can provide £FOC if you don't have one, and either email to you or upload to your management systems a digital report on the day of the test or the next working day. We don't charge a set-up/mobilisation fee. 

Emergency Lighting (Flick) Tests

Emergency Lighting Tests (MELTs) are carried out Monthly. We undertake our tests according to British Standards (BS5226) using only local, competent and fully trained Testers. We capture all relevant assets on our database to ensure all units are tested monthly. We document our testing procedures, which we share with you. We record the results in the on-site logbook, which we can provide £FOC if you don't have one, and either email to you or upload to your management systems a digital report on the day of the test or the next working day. 

Fire Evacuation Drills

Fire Evacuation Drills (FEDs) are carried out six-monthly. We undertake our drills using only local, competent and fully trained Drillers. We document our drilling procedures, which we share with you. We record the results in the on-site logbook, which we can provide £FOC if you don't have one, and either email to you or upload to your management systems a digital report on the day of the test or the next working day. We don't charge a set-up/mobilisation fee. 

Vacant Property Checks

Vacant or Void Property Checks/Inspections (VPCs) are a requirement of your Insurers, who specify the inspection frequency and scope of each relevant property.  We undertake our VPCs using only local, competent and fully trained Inspectors. We document our inspection procedures, which we share with you. We email a digital report to you or upload to your management systems on the day of the inspection, or the next working day. We don't charge a set-up/mobilisation fee. 

Tap Temperature Tests

Tap Temperature Tests (MTTTs) are carried out monthly and are a requirement of ACoP L8 guidance. We undertake our tests using only local, competent and fully trained Testers. We capture all relevant assets on our database to ensure all relevant outlets are tested monthly. We document our testing procedures, which we share with you. We record the results in the on-site logbook, which we can provide £FOC if you don't have one, and either email to you or upload to your management systems a digital report on the day of the test or the next working day. 

Outlet Flushing

Flushing (of Little Used) Outlets (WF) are carried out weekly and are a requirement of ACoP L8 guidance. We undertake our tests using only local, competent and fully trained Testers. We capture all relevant assets on our database to ensure all relevant outlets are tested monthly. We document our testing procedures, which we share with you. We record the results in the on-site logbook, which we can provide £FOC if you don't have one, and either email to you or upload to your management systems a digital report on the day of the test or the next working day. We don't charge a set-up/mobilisation fee.
